The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely engine building, and can be used in internal combustion engines for supplying coolant to engine pistons.
A device for injecting oil onto a piston is known, which contains its nozzle connected to the oil line, the nozzle holder and the locking element with a spring-loaded valve and seat, placed in the nozzle holder from the side of the oil inlet (German Patent No. 968013, CL 46, 4 published 1958).
However, the absence of a filter element is the cause of clogging of the nozzle and engine malfunction in general due to insufficient cooling of the pistons.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by forcibly filtering a cooler at the exit of the nozzle.
The goal is achieved by the fact that, in the device for injecting oil onto the piston, containing a nozzle connected to the oil line, the nozzle holder and the locking element with a spring-loaded valve and a seat placed in the nozzle holder from the oil inlet side, the locking element is additionally equipped with a slot filter, placed at the outlet of the oil from the holder and connected to the valve through the spring of the latter.

The device comprises a nozzle holder 1, made of rigidly stamped, which serves as the base for the injection tube 2, made of a short thick-walled tube, which provides sufficient rigidity and thereby the accuracy of the injection of oil. Tube 2 is rigidly fixed to the holder 1. In the inner cavity

the holder 1 is placed a safety valve containing a sealing element 3, made in the form of a sealing cone, and a slit-like filter 4 placed at the oil outlet from the holder. The seat of the sealing element 3 is placed in a sealing plate 5 located on the oil inlet side and provided with an oil inlet 6 and a holder 7. A spring 8 is located between the sealing element 3 and the slotted filter 4.
When the internal combustion engine is operating, the safety valve opens the oil supply only with a certain increase in the engine oil pressure and thus lubricates the slide bearings or the turbocharger. A sieve filter prevents clogging of the nozzle, and to fix the position and function of both of these elements, only one spring is enough to be placed between them.
It is recognized as an invention according to the results of the examination carried out by the Office for the Invention of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.

A device for injecting oil onto a piston, containing a nozzle connected to the oil line, nozzle holder and a locking element with a spring-loaded valve and seat, placed in the nozzle holder on the side of the oil inlet, characterized in that the priming element is additionally equipped with a slotted filter placed at the outlet of the oil from the holder and connected to the valve through the spring of the latter.
